“I met Chris of Elite spas & Leisure - Cornwall at last years horticultural show at Stithians near Falmouth back in July 2013. We had been on the look out for a hot tub for two reasons. One we wanted one! and secondly we have a B&B business and wanted to offer our guests a little more. We were already a little brushed up on what we wanted but Chris helped us make that decision based on the quality and what goes on behind the scene with the way the system works.
We paid a visit to the showroom at Trelawney garden centre near Weighbridge where we were shown more information on installation procedure and maintenance. We had the chance to sit in a tub and even ending up buying a larger one.
Chris kept us up to date on our order and followed through with an installation day that suited us. Everything was explained to us and Chris called a few days later and checked all was well including delivering a pump for when we need to change the water. All in all the tub is great, we are very pleased with it and would recommend Elite to anyone. Well worth a visit.

Just wanted to say "Happy New Year ". and a big "Thank You "to you for your time and the patience that you showed while installing my spa in November.
The spa is amazing !! --I LOVE IT ! -- it has to be the best stress busting " drug " available.
My guests on Xmas day took full advantage of it & my Xmas present from my son of a champagne bucket on a tall weighted stand will add to the experience !!
The product itself is second to none-- I could not believe my eyes when one morning I saw that the cover of the spa was frosted over, despite having water of 40 degrees below it !!!!
You provide such a comprehensive after sales service and nothing is too much trouble for you.
I would be happily recommend you to anybody thinking of purchasing a hot tub and wish you every success for the coming year.

Hi Chris and Phil,
just would like to thank you both so much for the advice and after care for our tub, Tranquility.
We love it so much and it's one of the best things we've ever bought as it plays such a big role in our lives, wouldn't be without one now.
We appreciate the home visit before purchase with advice and sizing of where it was going, the delivery went to schedule and then getting use to the chemicals, you answered all our questions and are still doing so.
Would recommend Elite Spas and Leisure to anyone and have already done so to many for the friendly service and friendly prices.
